DOLPHIN WATCHING

Among all kvarner islands, especially in the Cres-Lošinj area there is a population of 180 dolphins (species: good dolphin, tursiops truncatus). They are very intelligent and adaptable and this allows them to live in different habitats, including semi-closed channels between the Adriatic islands. The area of lošinj aquatorium is a well-known and well documented habitat of good dolphins, and sometimes you will encounter small dolphins. Watching dolphins (dolphinwatching) as well as meeting them will certainly cheer you up.
